Welcome to DirtyDuval.Net
Help spread the word about abuse of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement by visiting our message board.
This purpose of this site is to show you, how the corrupt Judges of Duval County, Florida, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the Office of Statewide Prosecution, and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, team up and over prosecute certain offenders, not in the interest of justice, but only as a way to generate income and revenue for the State. I was never a Jacksonville resident, in fact, nearly $3,000 of taxpayer's money was spent to arrest me in Las Vegas, NV, and transport me back to Jacksonville to rot in their jail. I've lost my home, my car, my possessions.... everything. My bail amount was $250,000. No aggrivating circumstances exist to merit such a high bail, and I was threatened with additional charges or false testimony of stolen gun investigations, should I try to ask for a reduced bail.
This website is not affiliated with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO), or any form of law "enforcement" agency in the State of Florida. This website is designed to show you just why Jacksonville's violent crime rate is an all time high. The Court system in Duval County favors violent offenders by offering them reduced bail, lesser sentences, and an "easy in - easy out" incarceration system to faciliate a quick re-entry into the Jacksonville Corrections Department.
Jacksonville Judges operate their courtrooms on the assumption that the defendant is guilty until proven innocent.
I received a 5 year sentence for a simple third degree felony I did not commit. My deadbeat attorney said it was in my best interest to waive speedy trial. He said it was in my best interest... knowing nothing about law at the time, I went with my attorney's advice. I realized this was in the State's best interest. They had no evidence on me to go to trial, and a trial would have posed a threat in the conviction of my co-defendants.
In order for me to resume my life, I have to pay the State of Florida over $57,000 - or face additional jail time. Similar to a debtors prison, probation means either pay-up, or go to jail. |
