(Now Disconnected)
Brandon Landis was the primary perpetrator of this crime, fraudulently ordering rims from Discount Tire over the internet, and shipping them to the address above, which is owned by his Father, Daryl Landis. The cost of these rims was approximately $1,000, with a total case value of only $1300. The remaining items in question were either purchased by other co-defendants, or were items purchased by Brandon but later denied his participation. Brandon simply told FDLE investigators that evidence sized in his possession was not his, but belonged to the co-defendants, and that the stolen merchandise obtained from Landis's residence was given to him. Brandon was so favored by the Court of his snitching, he was granted permission to go on a Carnival Cruise for 7 days shortly after the prosecution requested a reduction in his bond amount. Brandon simply walked away by playing the innocent bystander.
So, What was Mr. Masters' fraudulent actions?
None! Out of the four "victims" in this case, Discount Tire, Van Horn Tint, Best Buy, and Shoebuy.com, there was NO merchandise obtained or in possession by Ryan Masters. Brandon used a alias name "Barnie Landers" to purchase a pair of woman's shoes from Shoebuy, which he later said that I had purchased, and said that the computer containing the credit card number in question was owned by me. Conveiently however, I never owned the desktop computer in question, the shows were sent to Brandon's apartment, and the computer was "turned over" by Brandon himself.
